It would give Super Smash Brothers a good run for its money as a local multiplayer console game. A console release with local multiplayer would be amazing.

So GAF, anyone else absolutely love this game's multiplayer? I am absolutely dying to see this series become an online or console experience, but I don't see this series ever coming back to life. We ended up playing some really amazing competitive matches, and it left me wanting more of this game. This weekend I picked up the game for the first time in a while and challenged my friend who picked it up fairly easily. I rarely play the multiplayer, but when I do battle a friend, I'm blown away with how incredible the experience is. However, I’ve only played the multiplayer a few times. IMO, the Battle Network series has one of the most unique battle systems. It's a mediocre RPG at best, but where it really shines is with its combat system. I’ve been a huge fan of the Battle Network series for years now (BN2 was the best).
